Gorgeous, striking, sturdy watch!Apr 09, 2011

This is the prettiest watch I have ever seen. It keeps excellent time and has obviously been made and designed well. I usually prefer a tiny watch - this is average in size but it is such a gorgeous bracelet watch it still looks lovely on my small wrist! I didn't take out any links because I prefer a large bracelet length, so that it has the ability to sit naturally, as well as go higher and lower on the wrist. The face is the most gorgeous part, actually much better than the pictures show. The crystals actually sparkle, which was a nice surprise (and they are securely placed in the watch too, which I was concerned about). I am a klutz and bump into a lot of things, and wear hard on clothes/accessories but this watch is sturdy and the sapphire face means no scratches EVER, a huge selling point for me. The closure mechanism is extremely well made and convenient, but if I should ever have a problem with the closure, the watch will still remain on my wrist because of the design! I have noticed SLIGHT brushes on the metal after only a month, but the steel is still gorgeous and you have to put your face right up to it in order to notice (this has happened with any watch I have ever owned, just thought I should mention) - no big deal. The only real con I have noticed is that in strong sunlight the sapphire gem cut face produces extra bright glints of light when it catches the rays but that has provided no impediment to me. It is definitely waterproof as well (have ordered watches that were water resistant, but only for light hand washing). Looks great with jeans on the weekends, dresses for work, and is even comfy during a cardio workout! Also I get LOTS of compliments!!!!
