I love this watchMay 27, 2010

this watch is all that is was stated to be. I just love it. Never have to change a battery or wind it up. It has run dependable and keeps excellant time. The date feature is nice as I often lose track of the date when I go to write a check. It looks nice on my arm and I have received many compliments on it. It takes a beating when I am gardening and it gets dirty and I just wash it off without regard to harming it. I would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent choice!Dec 17, 2009

I was TIRED of buying batteries! I wanted a self winding (kenetic) watch with a traditional face and second hand. I got that and more with the Seiko. It keeps accurate time and has a smooth mechanism for the hands (no herky-jerky movement).

Works on me.Sep 11, 2009

No battery, no fuss, no bother. Battery watches do not work on me, and this watch winds with wrist motion. It's great. It does lose a minute here and there, but overall, it's really good and comfortable.

Beautiful WatchJul 07, 2011
By D. Powell I love this petite watch. It is beautiful. I would have rated it higher if I didn't have to purchase a winder to keep it ticking when I don't wear it for about 12 hours or so. Otherwise, I like that it is self-winding as long as I'm wearing it. I got tired of having to run out to get a battery in my watch to keep time...

Seiko 5 - Nice watchMar 01, 2011

I wanted an automatic watch so that I would not have to replace batteries year after year. This watch is accurate and easy to set. It has been keeping very good time since I first put it on, and I'm very pleased with my purchase.
